Your pickup point
We have arranged a complimentary shuttle service for all guests travelling to and from the wedding venue. Please find the designated pickup location and all relevant details below.
Please be at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before your selected departure time to ensure a smooth and timely departure for all guests.
Choose your time slot
Three departure times are available from Monte Casino. Please select the slot that suits you best when completing the booking form below.
You may only select one time slot per booking and this cannot be changed once submitted. The shuttle will depart promptly at the scheduled time — please be at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early. Guests who arrive after departure will unfortunately need to make their own way to the venue.

Early Departure · Arrival by 14:00
Ideal for guests who wish to arrive early, find their seats comfortably, and enjoy a welcome drink before the ceremony begins at 15:00.

Standard Departure · Arrival by 14:45
Our recommended slot for most guests. Allows comfortable time to be seated ahead of the 15:00 ceremony without an extended wait.

Final Departure · Arrival by 15:10
For guests who need a little extra time. Please note this is the last shuttle before the ceremony — punctuality is especially important for this slot.
